Fixed:
1. Issue of PC restart triggered by the hardware watchdog mechanism after closing GV-VMS. (V 18.3.5.1)
2. Issue with recording schedules with both AI Event Detection and Motion Detection schedules enabled, using the V18.3.5.11 Patch (V18.3.5.13)
3. Chances of recording files containing only key frames for channels with PVD Motion enabled
4. Chances of incorrect temperature values being received from GV-TMEB5800 F/W V1.02 when the camera-side temperature unit is set to Fahrenheit
5. Issue with the Automatic Network Replenishment (ANR) function during daylight saving time
6. Chances of cameras repeatedly disconnecting when GV-VMS is connected to GV-ABL1300 / ABD1300
7. Disable NVIDIA GPU decode due to compatibility issues with the new driver.
