[ SNVR ] Unable to play SNVR Series recordings using GV-Remote application - 20220816

Issue:
When utilizing GV-Remote applications such as SNVR Viewer, GV-ERM, or GV-Remote Viewlog V2, playing SNVR Series recordings is not feasible.
An error message emerges, indicating "Start playback failed, unable to connect."

Solution:
Occasionally, GV software might clash with the computer's security systems when antivirus software is installed and active. You can attempt the following solutions.

A. Ensure that your firewall or antivirus software is not obstructing port (80), which SNVR utilizes.
Alternatively, establish a suitable exception rule for it.

B. Consider altering the default port (80) to an alternative port. This can be achieved through SNVR's Settings > Network > Web Server menu.
