[Technical Notice] Failing to Upgrade Firmware on UA-XVL810 V1.01 Web Interface and UVS Device Utility

Symptom
When the output resolution is not set to 1024 x 768 on UA-XVL810 V1.01, the firmware upgrade on the Web interface or UVS Device Utility fails.

Solution
To upgrade firmware on UA-XVL810 V1.01 Web interface or UVS Device Utility, make sure the output resolution is set to 1024 x 768 first.

On UA-XVL810, select Remote Setting > System > General > Output Configuration, and set the output resolution to 1024 x 768.
