How to upgrade the Recording Server from v2.0.0 to v2.0.x?
Answer:
IMPORTANT NOTES BEFORE YOU START:
1. DO NOT delete or modify the “Recording Server folder" when upgrading or before/after the upgrade. Otherwise, it will cause database issues and missing recordings which are irreversible.
2. There is no need to back up the settings for the Recording Server, the original settings will be applied automatically after the upgrade.
3. This article is for upgrading from v2.0.0 to v2.0.x ONLY. For upgrading from v1.4.x to v2.0.x, please refer to the link below.

1. Download the latest version of Recording Server software from https://www.geovision.com.tw/download/p ... g%20Server
2. Unzip the downloaded folder, locate and double-click the "RecordingServer_Setup.exe" file.
3. An "InstallShield Wizard" will appear. Select Reinstall / Upgrade and then click Next.
