[Technical Notice] Unable to Remove Old Mobile Cards from GV-Mobile Access App

Symptom
When using HTC U11 with Android 9, old mobile cards cannot be erased even if the GV-Mobile Access app is uninstalled and reloaded.
Solution
To solve the abovementioned issue, go to the mobile phone’s Settings > Apps > GV-Mobile Access > Storage, and click CLEAR STORAGE. After the app is restarted, old mobile cards will be removed.
