[ VMS ] Unable to display camera live view on VMS WebCam Server when using the Internet Explorer browser - 20220414

Issue:
Unable to display camera live view when accessing VMS WebCam Server with the Internet Explorer browser.
Solution:
1. Enable the show hidden files and folders option in Windows OS.
2. Delete the WebCam folder under C:\ProgramData\GeoOCX then login to the VMS Webcam Server using Internet Explorer to reinstall the OCX.
