Issue:
VMS displaying green screen on live view camera channel.
Solution:
Please verify and try the following:
1. Verify that the latest graphic driver is installed
2. Verify that the camera is using the latest firmware version
3. Download and reinstall the latest video codec from the download section of our website.
4. Switch the camera codec to H.264
5. Check if the camera’s FPS, GOP, Bitrate setting is set to the default setting, if not please reset them to default
