Issue:
Control Center v4.0 is inoperable when video back up is in progress
* Once the backup process is completed, Control Center will be back to normal
Solution:
This is a spec in Control Center v4.0.With v4.0, Remote Viewlog(RVL) is built into the Control Center software; while with V3.8, RVL launches an independent application and therefore does not interfere with the control center software during the video backup process. A workaround would be to install the standalone Remote Viewlog V2.
