[ SNVR ] Unable to successfully connect the GV-Eye app to the SNVR using QR code - 20220218

Issue:
1. Verify that the SNVR WAN port is connected to the internet.
2. Verify that the SNVR and GV-Eye are on the latest firmware and software version.
3. Reset the SNVR to default settings locally (directly on the SNVR) and follow the on screen prompt to create a Username and Password.
4. Check the SNVR Mobile App page to see if the status shows as "Connected". 5. Add the SNVR to the GV-Eye app.

- SNVR’s Mobile App page shows “Disconnect” message even when the SNVR is connected to the internet.
- When adding the SNVR in GV-Eye, the app shows a red X when "Get Information" is tapped.
