Issue:
The SNVR's Mobile APP page is showing "No Data" instead of the SNVR's QR code
Solution:
1. Verify that the SNVR is using the latest available firmware.
2. Reset the SNVR to default settings locally (directly on the SNVR) and follow the on screen prompt to create a Username and Password.
3. Access the Mobile APP page and verify that a QR code has been generated.
