PC LPR using Virtual Dongle License is not recognizing license plates

If the PC LPR plugin is reinstalled/upgraded after the Virtual Dongle License was applied, the necessary system files used by the VMS/NVR/DVR to read the Virtual Dongle License may have been overwritten.
Solution:
Please try restarting the PC LPR service in VMS/NVR/DVR first, if the license plates still fail to recognize, please reach out to our support team
(support@geovision.com.tw ) so we can verify the Virtual Dongle License files.
