Question:
Connecting GV-FE421 to SNVR1600 will cause other cameras to disconnect and SNVR1600 restarts.
Answer:
The engineers have confirmed that SNVR1600 is not able to receive FE521/FE421 video stream and causing SNVR1600 to reboot. Unfortunately, we are not planning to update the firmware to fix this issue, and we will add FE521/FE421 to the unsupported list in the manual and on the website.
