Question:
Cannot connect to FR Panel web under DHCP or static IP address?
Solution:
Connect FR Panel to a PC directly using RJ45 Ethernet cable as shown in the picture below.
1. If the FR Panel web can be accessed, do check the original network.
2. If the FR Panel web still cannot be accessed, try a different RJ45 Ethernet cable.
If the suggested had been attempted without success, then do contact your vendor to
make further arrangement on sending the FR Panel unit back to GeoVision for repair.
