Symptom:
When configuring SNVR to connect to IP camera, it is not able to show up as connected and show up live view?
Solution:
Make sure to check on the following:
1. Check the camera username and password are correct.
2. Check the camera is using H.264/H.265 codec. SNVR series currently does not support MJPEG codec
3. Check the camera's 1st (main) and 2nd (sub) streams are both enabled.
4. Check the camera's 3rd or further sub-streams are disabled
5. Check the camera's stream resolution is supported by SNVR. (e.g: SNVR0412/0812 up to 3840x2160, SNVR1611 up to 4000x3000)
