Symptom:
AS21XX controller is not able to unlock the door after swiping a card or manually opening from ASManager?
Solution:
Check the specification of the door lock and confirm if it is within the supported voltage output of 12V, 0.9A.
If yes, then please provide a separate power source for the door lock.
