Issue:
How do I set up and send notice to GV-Notify when an unregistered face is detected?
Solution:
Follow the steps below to perform the necessary configuration:
1. Open up Camera and Alert Setting under Face Manager
2. Select correspdoning camera in AI FR and VMS. Choose Unknown Alert and tick Notify App
3. Select Connect to GV-Cloud Center -> Enter account name and password -> Click on the gear icon on the top right corner.
4. Select the corresponding camera and tick Face Recognition
5. Login GV-Notify App and now it is able to receive any unknown alert notifications.
