Issue:
Is it possible to locate a camera's recording that was recorded using the recording server?

Solution:
The Recording Server uses MAC Address to name its recording folder.

This makes it more difficult for users to locate the matching folder.
Therefore, it is always recommended to use our Remote Viewlog software for video
playback, export & back up related functions.

However, if a user needs to locate the camera folder, there is a shortcut folder that contains under recording server's directory based on Camera Index.

After opening up the camera folder, it will present shortcuts to a specific camera's recording storage folders.
