Issue:
GV-Eye is able to watch live view but not playback?
Cause:
Users might not have enabled the playback service.
Solution:
Enable remote viewlog service under Control Center server as shown located below.
Mobile live: Mobile Service
Remote Playback: Remote Viewlog Service
