Symptom
Users cannot remotely access the recordings of one day after the end of Daylight Saving Time (DST), using GV-Control Center, GV-Edge Recording Manager, GV-Eye, GV-Remote ViewLog, and GV-WebCam Server.
For example, the DST in most of the United States ends on the 1st Sunday in November, 2021. Users in the DST areas cannot play back the recordings of the day, November 8, remotely from GV-VMS, but the remote playback functions for the recordings after November 8.
Solution
To resolve the symptom, download and apply the following patch.

- Close GV-VMS.
- Download and unzip the Patch:

- If the patch file is successfully installed, “Updated successfully.” will appear.
