Firmware V1.00~1.01 of the GV-PPTZ7300
Symptom
A firmware upgrade failure occurs or a message of “The device already has the latest version of firmware” when attempting to upgrade GV-PPTZ7300 of V1.00~1.01 to firmware V1.03 or later.

To upgrade GV-PPTZ7300 from V1.00~1.01 to V1.03 or later, the firmware is required to upgrade to V1.02 first.
1. Obtain firmware V1.02 from our support team (support@geovision.com.tw).
2. Unzip and install firmware V1.02 into the camera using the Web interface or IP Device Utility.
3. Upgrade the camera again with the latest firmware from our website.
