Symptom
The affected GV-IP cameras may randomly disconnect from their GV-Software and lose their sub stream live views. Rebooting the GV-IP camera is a temporary solution, but the symptom will continue to occur afterwards.
Solution
To resolve the above-mentioned symptom, follow the steps below.
1. Download firmware V1.02 from the link below:

2. Install firmware V1.02 into the camera using the Web interface or IP Device Utility.
