[ VMS ] v18.2 GV-QSD5730/QSD5731-IR's H/W motion detection, Failed, Video Recording

Issue:
In VMS v18.2.1, GV-QSD5730/QSD5731-IR's H/W motion detection function didn't work.
Patch / Procedure ( GV-VMS _V18.2.1.1 )
1. Closed VMS v18.2.1 completedly.
2. Download and unzip the link below.
http://54.200.75.24/english/EncodeUrl3. ... .2.1.1.zip
3. Double click GV-VMS _V18.2.1.1.exe
4. Now open up VMS again to see how everything goes.
