[ VMS ] v17.4/18.2, NVR v8.9, Network Congestion, condition to trigger the error - 20201203

Question:
What is the exact condition that triggers network congestion error on NVR/VMS?
Answer:
It only supports GV and A/T/EBD series cameras in the following condition. Please review your network environment when you receive the pop-up message.
For GV cameras:
a. Buffer is full due to bandwidth congestion.
b. Sequence number of frame and frame is not continuous over 20 times.
c. Time between two frame is longer than 2 sec.
For A/T/EBD series cameras (GV_IP_Devices):
a. Time between two frame is longer than 2 sec.
It does not support third party cameras currently.
