Symptom
The volume of the audio captured from the surveillance site, by the built-in microphone of GV-VR360, is evidently diminished.
Cause
The abovementioned symptom may be due to bits of dust and/or dirt being built up around the built-in microphone of the GV-VR360.
Solution
To resolve the issue, gently clean the built-in microphone with a soft keyboard cleaning brush.
