[ AS Hardware ] CS1320 / CR1320 insensitive, access card - 20200813

Issue:
CR1320 or CS1320 became insensitive when access card is swiped. Sometime your card needs to get really closed to CR1320 or CS1320 in order to get the door open.
Root Cause:
The root cause is the CS/CR's hardware issue. The POE transformer in CS/CR causes the RFID to be interfered. That leads to CR1320 or CS1320 has barely no reaction.
Patch / Procedure:
1. Use PoE or Adapter for power supply?
2. If use PoE, please try power adaptor.
2.1 If insensitive issue is continuously occurred with a power adaptor, email to support@geovision.com.tw.
2.2 If insensitive issue is NOT continuously occurred with a power adaptor, do the RMA on this CS/CR device.
