Issue:
The Control Center v3.7 takes too long (more than 1 min) to start up.
Root Cause:
The PTZ ini files were read too slow for the ERM to start up properly.
Patch / Procedure (GV-Control Center V3.7.0.2):

1. Turn off Control Center v3.7 and make sure all GV-related programs running in the background are closed as well.
2. Download and unzip the patch file.
3. Execute the unzipped file named GV-Control Center V3.7.0.2.exe (Double click).
*Please note that the patch GV-Control Center V3.7.0.2 is strictly compatible for Control Center v3.7 only.
