GV-SNVR0412/0812 fails to receive any new people count data from the GV-TDR2700 after temporary disconnection.

- On the Rule Settings tab, set the Report Interval (s) as 1, as illustrated below.
Solutions for Inability to Receive New People Count Data
Inability to receive new people count data occurs when there was a temporary disconnection between the GV-SNVR0412/0812 and GV-TDR2700, where users can see a "camera disconnected" log on the GV-SNVR. There are two ways to resolve this issue:
- Solution 1 – Restarting GV-SNVR:
Simply restart the GV-SNVR0412/0812. Note that this method will retain the current people count numbers. - Solution 2 – Resetting the People Counter on GV-TDR2700:
Reset the people counter numbers from the Web interface of the GV-TDR2700. Note that this method will revert the people count numbers back to zero. To do this, follow the steps below:
- On the Web interface of the GV-TDR2700, select Setup > Intelligent > Smart and click on the Settings button next to People Counting.
- On the Rule Settings tab, click Clear Counting Result to immediately clear all people counter results.
- To prevent the issue from recurring, it is recommended to set the GV-TDR2700 to reset its counter data every day, by selecting Reset Counter at a desired time, as illustrated below.
