[ Mobile ] GV-Eye v2.7.3 Connect Lost blinking on Live View from VMS v17.3- 20200413

Issue:
GV-Eye v2.7.3's channels are switching around between Connect Lost icon and live view but VMS v17.3's live view on those channels are OK.
Patch / Procedure ( GV-VMS_V17.3.0.16.zip ):
1. Disable remote service on GV-VMS.
2. Close GV-VMS and other GeoVision software.
3. Download the patch file from the following link.
http://54.200.75.24/english/EncodeUrl3. ... 3.0.16.zip
4. Unzip the downloaded file.
5. Double-click the GV-VMS_V17.3.0.16 program.
6. Restart GV-VMS.
