[ Mobile ] GV-Eye v2.7.3 cannot switch to sub stream and GeoVision logo blinking on Live View from VMS v17.3 - 20200117

Issue:
1. GV-Eye v2.7.3 cannot switch to sub stream from VMS v17.3.
2. Some GV-Eye v 2.7.3 channels have shown no Live View but GeoVision logo and its channel's label is in red.
On the other hand, those channels in VMS v17.3 are all working OK.
Patch / Procedure ( GV-VMS_V17.3.0.9.zip ):
1. Disable remote service on GV-VMS.
2. Close GV-VMS and other GeoVision software.
3. Download the patch file from the following link.
http://54.200.75.24/english/EncodeU ... .3.0.9.zip
4. Unzip the downloaded file.
5. Double-click the GV-VMS_V17.3.0.9 program.
6. Restart GV-VMS.
* GV-VMS v17.3.0.9 is strictly for GV-VMS v17.3.
