Symptom
Users are unable to log into GV-SNVR using guest accounts on Internet Explorer and/or GV-SNVR Viewer, and a message of “No privilege” appears. Solution
To resolve the above-mentioned symptom, follow the steps below to perform a one-time installation of Geovision ActiveX component on your computer.
- Open the login page of your GV-SNVR on the Internet Explorer.
- Click Click here to download the plugin file.
- Once the plugin is installed successfully, refresh your Internet Explorer and allow the prompt for ActiveX control.
- Log in to your guest account again on either the Internet Explorer or GV-SNVR Viewer.
