[ IP Device Utility ] firmware unauthorized modification & illegal installation, DVR/NVR/VMS/Recording Server - 20190903

Issue:
The GV-IP camera can’t be configured in GV-IP Device Utility or GV-DVR/NVR/VMS/Recording Server but an error message “IP Camera firmware unauthorized modification and illegal installation” as the screenshots below,

Solution:
1.Upgrade the GV-S/W and F/W of GV-IP camera to the newest, which are available on GeoVision official website. If they're already up to date but the error message still prevails, please turn to Solution#2.
2.Please send the 2 screenshots as above to support@geovision.com.tw for further analysis.

Solution:
