Issue:
3rd party multi-sensor cameras can’t fully perform their multiple live views in NVR/DVR/Multicam.

Solution:
1. Check to see if the 3rd party multi-sensor IP device is under the list below. If yes, please try the following instruction. If that doesn't work, please email to support@geovision.com.tw for further analysis.

ARECONT IP Camera:
AV8360
AV8180
AV8185
AV8365
AV20185
AV40185
AV12186
AV12176

AXIS Video Server / Video Encoder:
241Q
243Q
Q7401

ACTi Video Encoder:
SED-2610
ACD-2200
ACD-2300
ACD-2400

BOSCH Video Encoder:
VIP X2

In the screenshot below, we take ARECONT AV models for example.

2. If the 3rd party multi-sensor device isn't on the list above, upgrade the NVR / DVR to VMS then add the 3rd party multi-sensor device via ONVIF protocol. If that doesn't work, please email to support@geovision.com.tw for further analysis.

* GV-3rd part camera Dongle for NVR / DVR doesn’t work in VMS so you might need to get the new dongle from Sales Representative.
