Please refer to the steps below to solve your issue. If you need any further assistance from us, please be aware that a service fee may be charged.
1. Please check if you can connect to camera’s IE interface through IP address or DDNS.
2. Ping IP Camera's IP address and DDNS.
3. Please try to work with GeoVision DDNS.
4. If it works with GeoVision DDNS and you need us to setup with third party DDNS, then related service fee may be charged.
