[ AS Hardware ] Connecting 3rd party reader to GV controllers - 20191126

To connect 3rd party reader to GV controller, user must:
1. make sure the reader has Wiegand connection ports available.
2. Connect the Wiegand ports to the corresponding Wiegand port on the controller.
