2. Choose your POS Device to Modify then turn on the Trace Mode. At the right top of the buttons: [Toolbar] > [Configure] > [accessories] > [POS Server Setup]

3. Offer Teamviewer 12 and some credentials let us to check.

Customized services SOP:
1. Offer Two or more pictures of physical invoice then show us the filter you needed. Kindly note that, you must inform us which part you would like to remove and which part you would like to keep. Because we will do the fixed text filter, your string must be regular. For example, from WELCOME to 60103 should be removed. That means WELCOME and 60103 need to be fixed in each receipt.

2. Turn on the Trace Mode and offer the Teamviewer 12 as above Garbled text SOP.
