Why GV-Eye is unable to connect to VMS?

Please refer to the steps below to solve your issue. If you need any further assistance from us, please be aware that a service fee may be charged.
1. Make sure your GV-Eye app and VMS are the latest version.

2. Make sure Mobile Service in VMS is enable. Please have a check as below.
a. At the right top of the buttons: [Toolbar] > [Network] > [WebCam Server]
b. In the window, please check [Run Mobile Service]
c. After that, you will see the WebCam Server and Mobile Service have been checked.
3. Try to connect to Demo Mode on GV-Eye for checking whether it works or not.

4. Make sure you have correctly finish the Port-Forwarding. You can have a check for our sample via link.

VMS and NVR default port for GV-Eye.
5. Make sure your Antivirus and Firewall do not block the port.
6. If you need us for checking your Port-Forwarding or Antivirus and so on, there will be a charge needed to be paid.
