[Technical Notice] Live View Lag and CPU Peaks Randomly Occur on Windows 7

Symptom
The issues of live view lag and CPU usage peaks may randomly occur on the GV-VMS installed on Windows 7. An example of CPU usage peaks found on the GV-VMS:

Solution
To resolve the above-mentioned symptom, take either of the following solutions:
  1. Upgrade the operation system to Windows 10, which will solve the problem completely.
  2. If you like to continue using Windows 7, check and make sure the CPU used on your computer is equivalent to the 4th generation Intel Haswell or earlier microprocessors:
