To resolve the above-mentioned symptom, take either of the following solutions:
- Upgrade the operation system to Windows 10, which will solve the problem completely.
- If you like to continue using Windows 7, check and make sure the CPU used on your computer is equivalent to the 4th generation Intel Haswell or earlier microprocessors:
