Common 2-Way Audio Issues
Below are some of the common issues encountered when using the 2-way audio of GV-CS1320 / CR1320:
- Echo: A person speaking from the GV-CS1320 / CR1320 is able to hear his/her voice being echoed through the speakers of the GV-CS1320 / CR1320.
Echo occurs when the speakers connected to the PC are placed too close to the PC’s microphone, resulting in the audio transmitted out of the speakers being received by the microphone. To resolve this, make sure the microphone and speakers are separated by an adequate distance and/or with a separator when needed. - Audio Delay: Audio transmitted between the GV-CS1320 / CR1320 and the PC is delayed.
See 1. Reducing Audio Delay between GV-CS1320 / CR1320 and the PC. - Microphone Volume Limited: The sound level of the microphone connected to the PC is limited even when the volume is set to 100%.
See 2. Adjusting Microphone Boost on Windows.
To resolve the abovementioned issues, refer to the corresponding solutions explained herein.
