Symptom
The PTZ Settings on the Web interface of GV-Video Server is inaccessible when the user is logged into Windows using accounts other than the Administrator.
Solution
The abovementioned problem may be due to the access rights of the Windows account currently used being restricted, thus unable to run certain OCX commands.
To solve the issue, right-click on Microsoft Internet Explorer and select Run as administrator.
The PTZ Settings on the Web interface of GV-Video Server is now accessible.
