[ Recording Server ] Recording Server v1.4.2, Recording Failure, Disk Error, Disk Full - 20190903

Issue:
In Recording Server v1.4.2, random CHs show Recording Failure for 10-15s and back to normal
Besides, there are many Recording Failure, Disk Error or Disk Full records in System Log Query.
Root Cause:
It's our Bug. When in-consecutive Camera Frame Index occurred too often, Recording Server will misjudge this event as Recording Failure or Disk error. However, in actual scene, recording and RS's HDDs are fine.
Patch / Procedure ( GV-RecordingServerV1.4.2.7 ):

1. Turn off Recording Server and make sure all GV-related programs running in the background are closed as well.
2. Download and unzip the patch file.
3. Execute the unzipped file named GV-RecordingServerV1.4.2.7.exe (Double click).
*Please note that the patch GV-RecordingServerV1.4.2.7 is strictly compatible for GV-RecordingServerV1.4.2 only.
