[ Mobile ] GV-Eye v2.7.1, VMS 17.2, Unable to switch to main stream, Abnormal - 20190902

Issue:
Live image in GV-Eye became abnormal when switching to the main stream.
Structure: GV-IP Device - GV-VMS V17.2 / V17.2.1 - GV-Eye V2.7.1 for iOS / Android platform.
Root Cause:
Stream error occurred when IP device is using single-stream.
Soluion:
1. Can be solved by upgrading VMS to v17.3
Or
2. Change the IP device to dual-stream connection
