Symptom
Due to the deprecation of GCM, the current Google notifications system, GV-Access on Android-based mobile devices is unable to receive push notifications from GV-CS1320.
Solution
To resolve the above-mentioned symptom, follow the steps below to install the patch files.
- Close GV-ASManager and GV-ASRemote.
- Open the GV-ASManager directory (default:\Access Control\ASManager) and execute ASMiniService.exe to make sure all GV-ASManager services have been closed.
- Download the following patch files:
GV-ASManager V5.1.1.1 Patch

GV-ASRemote V5.1.1.1 Patch
http://54.200.75.24/english/EncodeUrl3. ... _Patch.zip - Unzip the downloaded files.
- Double-click the GV-ASManager V5.1.1.1 Patch.exe and GV-ASRemote V5.1.1.1 Patch.exe programs.
- If the patch file is successfully installed, “Updated successfully.” will appear.
- Restart GV-ASManager.
