[ DVR/NVR ] v8.8, when accessing the webcam server, the install of the OCX activex fails - 20190703

Issue:
GV-NVR v8.8, when accessing the webcam server, the install of the OCX activex fails.
Suggestion:
If remote access is unavailable, try the following first and see if it helps.
1. Execute IE as administrator when opening webcam server.
2. Make sure “UAC” is disabled when install OCX.
