Question:
Customer streams the live view of CB220 v2.14 to third party software through RTSP, however, the text overlay of camera name and time disappear.
Answer:
It is spec that CB220 v2.14 F/W can only support text overlay in GeoVision software. It cannot support in RTSP or ONVIF connection.
