[ VMS ] VMS V17.1, backup, FE camera, dewarping issue, crash, black view - 20190430

Issue:
After backup the FE video from VMS v17.1. The EZViewlog will crash or showing black image when user tries to dewarp the FE camera in backup folder into single view.

Patch / Procedure ( ViewlogUIv17.1.2.0.zip ):
1. Disable remote service on GV-VMS.
2. Close GV-VMS and other GeoVision software.
3. Download the patch file from the attachment.
4. Unzip the downloaded file.
5. Copy and paste the ViewlogUI.dll to VMS Backup file folder and C:\GV-VMS\EzLogTemp.
6. Restart GV-VMS.
