[Technical Notice] Speed Dome Stuck in a Tilt Position

GV-SD2723-IR / GV-SD2733-IR firmware V1.01 and earlier

Symptom
The camera may occasionally be stuck in a tilt position and remain reclining even after a reboot.

Resolution
1. Manually move the head of the camera back, and check if the camera can perform the pan, tilt, zoom actions properly.
2. Upgrade the camera to firmware V1.02 which is available from our website.

If the problem persists after the firmware upgrade, please contact our support team at support@geovision.com.tw for return procedures.
