[ IP Device Utility ] v8.7.2.1, unable to change camera's IP address effectively in Windows 10

Issue:
In Windows 10, the IP Device Utility v8.7.2.1 couldn’t change the camera's IP address effectively. The IP address remains the same after going through "camera rebooting, getting IP address change completed".
Root Cause:
The newly updated WIndows 10 Security patch limited packets sent from IP Device Utility v8.7.2.1.
Solution:
HQ-RD and HQ-FAE have made a new version of IP Device Utility: v8.7.2.2 to fix this issue.
