Symptom
A firmware upgrade failure occurs when attempting to upgrade GV-IP Cameras of V1.00~1.08 / V1.04 ~ 1.12 to firmware V1.17 or later.

Upgrading GV-BL3700 / BL5700 / BX2700 series / BX4700 series / BX4700-E / BX5700 series / EFER3700 / EFER3700-W / FER5700 / MFD2700 series / MFD4700 series / VD2702 / VD2712 / VD3700 / VD4702 / VD4711 / VD5700 / VD5711
To upgrade the above models from V1.00~1.08 to V1.17 or later, the firmware is required to upgrade to V1.09 first.
1. Obtain firmware V1.09 from our support team (support@geovision.com.tw).
2. Unzip and install firmware V1.09 into the camera using the Web interface or IP Device Utility.
3. Upgrade the camera again with the latest firmware from our website.
Upgrading GV-BL2702 series / BL4702 series / BL4713 / BL5713 / EBL4702 series / EBL4711 / EDR4700 series / EFD4700 series / VD4712
To upgrade the above models from V1.04~1.12 to V1.17 or later, the firmware is required to upgrade to V1.14 first.
1. Obtain firmware V1.14 from our support team (support@geovision.com.tw).
2. Unzip and install firmware V1.14 into the camera using the Web interface or IP Device Utility.
3. Upgrade the camera again with the latest firmware from our website.
