Symptom
When multiple Matrix Views of GV-Control Center connect to a GV-Recording Server / GV-Video Gateway, some channels may be incorrectly disconnected under the following conditions:
- Two or more Matrix Views are connected to the same channels on GV-Recording Server / GV-Video Gateway
- One Matrix View switches to a screen division of lower channel number and then back to a screen division with higher channel number (For example: 9-channel division to 1-channel division, followed by a 4-channel division)

To resolve this issue, download the latest version of software from our website.
